What are Aloe Vera Cubes?

Aloe Vera is a popular treatment for sunburns, rashes, even burns!  Studies have shown that aloe gel might be effective in treating psoriasis, seborrhea, dandruff, and minor burns and skin abrasions.

Aloe vera (Aloe Barbadensis Miller)  has been used holistically for at least two thousand years. It contains phytochemicals that enhance the rate of healing of the skin.

When frozen, it lasts for months or even longer and can be applied directly on the skin.

You can even use your cubes in drinks and smoothies!

How to make Aloe Vera Ice Cubes:

💚 Start with a leaf, slice it down the center and scrape out the gel from the leaf, and put it in the blender.⁣

💚 On the slowest setting, lightly blend the aloe gel together.⁣

💚 Using small molds or ice cube trays, pour the gel into the containers and freeze for at least an hour. Once fully frozen, you can separate out the cubes and toss in a bag for later use. ⁣
