Why do I love what I do? Believe me, there are MANY reasons, but one answer would definitely be the food! My husband and I are serious Foodies!  And Brunch is one of our favorite meals of the week!  Every Sunday we have Brunch together, along with our adult children, to catch up and slow down together.

How To Host The Perfect Brunch

The best time for brunch? Since Brunch is the lovechild of Breakfast and Lunch, anywhere after 10am – 2pm are prime Brunch times.  Most people like weekend brunch so you can sit and relax, without having to rush back for work.

  • Buffet style is best. Take what you want, serve yourself, and you can try a variety of foods.
  • Serve foods that don't require last-minute prep – fruit trays, quiches, and salads offer quick setup.
  • Don't forget the drinks!  Offer a variety of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options.
  • Make a list of your meals ahead of time- prep everything you can the day before, get decorations ready so all you have to do it take them to the table, and clean up the house and bathrooms.
