Smoothies have been around for a long time.  But we have seen a great trend towards making them healthier and serve multiple purposes to improve heath. 

After writing our Air Fryer Snacks post, I realized that we had to do some smoothie posts for those of you who have a new blender or looking to improve your health with a simple daily treat.

Why Smoothies Are Good For You

Most people know that you need to vitamins for good health. But it's a little difficult to figure out which foods have the right vitamins. 

Including the right fruits and veggies into your smoothies ensures you are not only enjoying it, but your morning smoothie is serving a purpose as well.  Did you know that beta-carotene is found in orange, red, green, and yellow fruits and vegetables like carrots, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, spinach, collards, broccoli, cantaloupe, apricots, and tomatoes?
