In the summer, I'm spending a lot of time out in the garden. We grow as much of our own fruits and veggies as we can each year. But farm fresh produce doesn't have the same preservatives as a lot of the store-bought produce. So we have to eat it fast before it goes bad.
These recipes all have amazing flavors and textures, but best of all they don't take a lot of time. After a long day in the sun, I don't want to spend a long time cooking or cleaning. So take a look at let us know which one of these recipes are your favorite. And I hope you'll discover a new favorite recipe blogger along the way as well!
