When the weather starts to turn up the heat, we like to turn up the flavor in our kitchen. I look for recipes full of color, fresh in-season fruits and veggies, and not a lot of cleanup. That's why we chose these recipes for easy pescatarian cooking with lots of options for vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free meals.
In the summer, I'm spending a lot of time out in the garden. We grow as much of our own fruits and veggies as we can each year. But farm fresh produce doesn't have the same preservatives as a lot of the store-bought produce. So we have to eat it fast before it goes bad.
