What’s the best way to slice an avocado?
- The easiest way to have nice clean cuts in your avocado is to slice it half first.
- Take the put out by laying your knife down smoothly into the pit ( not with the point, but with the blade side) and giving it a little twist free.
- Then you can slice into the fruit, careful not to cut through the outer skin. Then scoop all the way around with a large spoon to gather all of the slices smoothly.
I always have lemons in my kitchen. I use them in everything from my morning seltzer water to cleaning.
Did you know that lemons are high in potassium? You need potassium for clear thinking, balancing your blood pressure, and works with sodium to temper your body’s water balance.
And they are perfect for your beauty routine! Because lemons contain calcium, vitamin C, and magnesium — minerals and antioxidants that improve the skin and hydration as well as condition of our hair, skin and nails.
Try this: dip a cotton pad with a lemon juice. After you washing your face the next morning to prevent oily skin.
