Spring is finally here!  But someone forgot to turn on the sunny weather here in Seattle.  So we are still chugging our coffee and dreaming of warmer places.

A few weeks ago we were in sunny Aruba! The music, the beach, and soo much sun!  I wish I were back on the beach sipping a Rum Runner instead of grabbing my umbrella and rain boots.

Today's warm treat is inspired by the islands.  It is a little sweet, subtle coconut, and just a dash of vanilla.




  • 2 shot(s) espresso
  • 2 pumps coconut syrup
  • 1 pump White Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 pump hazelnut syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fill with  8 oz steamed milk


1. Combine ingredients, except milk, in serving cup.

2. Stir and set aside.

3. Steam milk in pitcher.

4. Pour steamed milk into serving cup
