Tacos Carne Asada
This recipe is SOOOOO Good! It’s a bit of work, but it is So Very Well Worth It. And if you team it up with some Fiesta Beans. You will be so satisfied and full. Enjoy!
Prep time: PREP 25 mins COOK 10 mins READY IN 1 hr 5 mins
Cook time: 10 mins (more like 30 minutes by the time you’re done with all the meat)

Servings: 16

3 pounds flank steak
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika

1 white onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced

2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
1 white onion, quartered
