Doesn’t this look amazing? I love the colors that make it look so good that I can almost taste it.

My husband loves Indian food, and it is a special treat in our family to go out for Indian food. But this recipe looks so easy that he might get it a little more often without having to leave home.

Paneer Makhani (2)

Here is my another version of paneer sabji recipe.

Preparing time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Cuisine: Indian

Paneer(cottage cheese) – 250gm
Onion (finely chopped)– 1 Large or 3 small
Garlic paste – 6 cloves/ 1 tbsp
Tomato – 2 Large or 4 small
Butter – 3 tbsp
Garam Masala – 2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander-cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream– 2 cups
Kasuri Methi( Dry methi leaves) – 2 tsp
Few coriander Leaves


Roughly chop tomatoes and boil it in the water. Remove water and grind it into a smooth puree.

Heat 3 tbsp butter .Sauté finely grated onion and 1 tbsp garlic paste till golden brown.
