Weekly Writing Challenge: Reviews

Since we have launched into our month long look at books that have been made into movies.  I challenge you today to write a review of a movie that you have watched that was made from a book that you have read. What did you like? What did you wish they had included and didn’t?  Be a movie critic today and write about movies made from books you have read.

Look out for tomorrow’s special feature,  one of our beloved writers returns to Dancing with Fireflies with exciting news and another sneak peek at his incredible talents.

Don’t forget to post it on your blog or your Facebook and post the link here in the comment section.  You can also post your links on our Facebook page

To participate, tag your post with FireFlychallenge and include a link to this post to generate a pingback. Your posts DO NOT have to specifically written in response to this challenge. We love reading great pieces and all are accepted! We’ll highlight some of our favorites on Friday and in our new Monthly Review.

Want others to critique it?  Let us know that too!

Have a great week!

  1. I absolutely loved Inkheart! I wish that Inkspell and Inkdeath could have been made into movies as well. I thought it followed closely enough to the story that I did not really miss anything from the book that the movie didn’t include. Reading about, and watching a movie about, people who love books as much as me was a great joy. I have it on DVD and watch it often 🙂
