I have a few of these adorable little succulents in my office.  I just love looking at them and watching them grow.  They remind me of the Southwest and how much I love my friends and family who are out there.  They are my happy thoughts as I take a moment here and there to take a breath and be thankful for all that life is.

Take a photo of something in your space that makes you happy and write a post about it today and share it with us!

  1. I like how you’ve added small dashes of succulents here. Do they do well in indoor lighting? Are they easy to care for? I’m slowing working my way to an office redo and realize I need some plants. Maybe succulents are the way to go…

    1. They actually grow really well in just about any light. Just don’t over water them. I have had a few that I forget to water for months and they are just happily growing along. They are very easy to care for and don’t need a lot of space.

  2. I love your succulent and the light coming through the window. I miss our desert home, too, but the light here in Arkansas is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. And you’re so right about watering. My husband and I once killed a 25 year old cactus plant. Oops.

  4. You have inspired me to go to my local greenhouse and buy a couple little succulents for my office. I have been thinking about it and now it’s on my to-do list. Thank you for sharing!
