POTS or” Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS, also postural tachycardia syndrome) is a condition of dysautonomia,[1] more specifically orthostatic intolerance, in which a change from the supine position to an upright position causes an abnormally large increase in heart rate, called tachycardia. ” POTS and Fybro go hand in hand.  It’s that feeling you get when you stand up too quickly, sit down too fast, feel like your brain is swimming in your head. Well, it’s the feeling I get when I do those things.

However note that Lyme disease can actually mimic POTS as well. Speak with your doctor about determining if you have POTS or if this is just another side-effect.
